There are animals to be seen, enchantment to explore, and excitement to be had this week in the Seacoast. With several fascinating events happening, here are Macaroni KID Seacoast's picks for five things to do this week. 

1. Baby Animals: Heritage Breeds at the Banke






Learn about and see domestic livestock and their babies at Strawbery Banke Museum in Portsmouth all week. (Apr 27 - May 1, 10 am - 4 pm)


2. Salt Pump Portsmouth Grand Opening Celebration






Visit Salt Pump Portsmouth for their Grand Opening this Saturday. Take a tour of the venue, check out the climbing walls and attend the Kids Carnival. (Apr. 27th, 10 am - 12:30 pm)


3. Open Farm Day






Coppal House Farm in Lee is opening their barndoors for the season! Opening day will include food from local vendors, animals, wagon rides, and more. (Apr. 27, 11 am - 2 pm)


4. Fairy Gnome Discovery Walk/ Art Stroll






Take a stroll through a fairy garden at Pettengill Farm in Salisbury, look at some art from local creators and enjoy the festival full of live music, food trucks and free activities and crafts for the kids. (Apr. 27 - 28, 11 am - 3 pm)


5. Dover Shockwave Robotics Demonstration






Dover Shockwave Robotics will be at Dover Public Library to show their robot demonstrations. (Apr 27, 11 am)
